Geoagro provides information technology tools and services for the farming community.

We are witnessing an era of changes on many fronts affecting farming: while the global demand for food increases, environmental concerns grow, and oil that is used to produce fertilizer and to fuel agricultural machinery becomes scarcer. At the same time the “information age” is transforming nearly all industries, and agriculture is next in line.

These changes bring new challenges as well as opportunities, taking these into account our strategy is based on the following beliefs:

• Increased profitability/agricultural production and environmental protection are not incompatible, but that they can go hand-in-hand
• Information is what is needed most. This information can take many forms: education, information sharing, training, support, and the conquering of longstanding cultural barriers.
• Information technology can play an important role in this effort.
