To use GeoAgro CPlanner you just need:

• A Windows computer (see minimum requirements) and an internet connection
• A USDA level 2 authentication user/password (go to http://techreg.usda.gov for more info)
• Ask your USDA NRCS Field Office to grant permissions to the customer folders that you would like to access. Please visit this article to learn more about this step.
